We sincerely invite competition organizers to submit proposals (in computer vision and pattern recognition) to PRCV 2022 Competition Chairs: Wangmeng Zuo (wmzuo@hit.edu.cn), Di Huang (dhuang@buaa.edu.cn), Bin Fan (bin.fan@ieee.org), by 30 April, 2022. Notifications of acceptance of the competition proposals will be informed within two weeks after receiving the proposal. The competition webpage (http://www.prcv.cn/) will publish all the accepted competitions, and each competition will have its own web link for releasing the competition information and results.
The competition proposal should contain the following information:

3.Objectives and significance of the competition
4.Organizer
5.Participants
6.How to enter the competition
7.Important dates
8.How to use the data sets for competition
9.Task setting
10.Performance evaluation for competition
11.How to submit the competition results
